Reverend Kimura's Visits to Canada in 2004

The visit in October was the first time he traveled from the temple to Canada on his own.

 


In October, Reverend Kimura was able to once again
visit Myoshinji Temple's Calgary contingent.

Weekend Picnic and Trip to Calgary in July 2004.

After flying over the Canadian Rockies Reverend Kimura made his first visit to Calgary in July.

 

On July 3rd, he performed evening Gongyo at the home of Ace and Marian Hanna.

 


Reverend Kimura was then treated to dinner at the Panorama Dining Room of the Calgary Tower.

 

Before returning to the San Francisco Bay Area on July 4th,
Reverend Kimura performed morning Gongyo at the home of Brenda Fox.

 

The following pictures are of Reverend Kimura's initial visit to Canada on
May 14th, 2004.  Between the May visit depicted below and the July visit above,
he also saw many of the Canadian members at the temple for
Myoshinji's 20th Anniversary Ceremony on June 20th, 2004.

 
 


Reverend Kimura and his traveling companions first visited
the Vancouver home of Junko Fukamachi at noon on Friday, May 14th.

 


Reverend Kimura's next visit at 3 p.m. was with the Chiu family.

After the Lee family visit, Reverend Kimura visited with Sue Dubois and Keith Nimmo at 11:00 a.m.

where new members take faith in Nichiren Shoshu.
